Job description
Responsibilities:
  •  Effectively review, analyse and resolve disputes
  • Investigate and monitor disputed transactions for possible fraudulent behaviors and patterns
  • Provide an in-depth analysis of chargebacks in order to help us evaluate the risk involved
  • Identify tactics that can prevent and reduce claims
  • Support any new initiatives 
  • Evaluate and help identify potential issues that may impact workflow
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team to implement prevention measures
  • Interact with the Poshmark community about sensitive issues in a very professional manner 

6-Month Accomplishments:
  • Familiar with various Chargebacks processes and procedures
  • Monitor, investigate, and resolve disputes effectively
  • Analyze situations, issues and emerging risks
  • Proactively communicate the identified trends, patterns and risks with peers 

12+ Month Accomplishments:
  • Complete and exceed all 6-month responsibilities
  • Manage multiple tasks and priorities independently
  • Help the team members as a subject matter expert
  • Forecast chargeback liability based on the metrics
  • Work on a few ongoing projects at a time

Desired Skills:
  • Minimum 0-1 year’s experience in the dispute process. Fresher’s can apply
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills 
  • Highly motivated, team and customer focused mindset
  • Strong management, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Detail Oriented- Exercise extreme attention to detail; be accurate, organized and productive
  • Good Judgment - Exercise critical thinking, analyzeand take ownership of outcome
